Legal action against the neighbor for passing humiliating comments

Next door neighbor of flat is passing hush and humiliating comments daily to us. Its making big stress to my family including my 2 kids. What can be done.
You may lodge an FIR and File a case for nuisance and take action immediately,but before that you must understand the reason behind this and try to negotiate as you have to live there as a neighbor for a long time so avoid disputes.

If your neighbours are passing hash comments then serve them with a lawyer notice asking them to stop passing those comments,if they still does not stop it then make a formal complaint to the near police station and requesting them to take necessary steps against your neighbours.Thanks.

As per quarry, this moment, u need not to go to court. My suggestion in this situation is that u have to inform the entire episodes to your local police station in writing stating all facts in brief as well can inform your local chairman.if these procedures fails then u can move towards court procedure..
