Legal action against private tutor for badly beating 3 years ago

I was beaten up badly by a private tutor 3 years ago .Now can i take any legal action against him?.When I wanted to leave his cochin I was threatened by him badly.
If the tutor threatened you at the time of living his Cochin then hopefully you have left his Cochin by now then go to your nearest police station and file a complaint against your teacher for voluntarily causing hurt and threatening.

Yes...you can initiate legal action against him...for threatening you have to lodge diary before the concerned P.S..and have to file specific case against the private tutor.you can definitely get remedies.dont worry..you have to contact for further details..as early as possible..you have to file case against him
