Legal action against husband & in- laws for mental harassment

Myself & my husband is working in bangalore.My husband is not giving any importance to me & following whatever his mother says & not taking any decisions by his own.His mother is so cruel & asked my salary,my gold and money from my parents.Finally I came out of that house.Later I filed a harassment case in family court.Then their family came to our home for compromise.I was ready for a compromise if my husband is ready to come out from that home and take a new flat.Finally he came out & we lived in the new flat for one month.At this point,his mother became so possessive & she tried separating my husband from me. One day my husband slapped me & their parents also harassed me from the new flat.When myself & my husband came to my home an issue happened.When I asked him to share the rent,he was not ready & asked my dad to take care of me. He behaved in a very bad way to my parents. After this issue, he never came back to the new flat.
