Q: Arrested under IPC section 500 and 509 and IT act 67 what to do

Nov'17,Refer to the FIR, I was arrested under ipc 500, 509&I.T act 67 & jailed me5days(3days in lock up(they all the police officers hit me badly my back born and head and foot, I reccently done a spinal surgery for spinal decompression behalf of this as per medical records i am 40% physical handicaped, i having hearing loss and locomotor now, similarly the petitioner girl also came to lock up and slap my face and two days in sub jail) further i got bail by a police officer refered by an Advocate with cordination of my parents with a 50k bail bond agreement. Further i enquired about my case in the same court i understood police submitted Final report(added the accused is a kingpin of sex racket world wide) to JFCM I did uploaded the pettioner group normal pic in whats up profile and one of her friend chat with me is this u and available for sxx,thts the main reasons to start the issue.what is the next legal procedures, how to escape from this issue?

Since you have already bailed out, it will take much time to number the case and proceedings trial. You will have to meet a reputed criminal lawyer by the time, with copy of FIR. You can further complain in police complaint cell also

Q: What is the procedure to get caste certificate for a minor child

Respected sir , i am a 15 year old boy now i want a caste certificate for my education needs .my parents marriage was a inter caste marrige my mother is under sc caste and my father was under general caste. But from the birth i lived under my mother protection it is because my parents divocerd so upto 10 th class i used sc as my catse , now my mother remarried an obc person now i am living with my mothers family all of the members in my mothers family are inder sc caste my mother is also under sc caste so iwant a caste certificate to prove i am under sc caste what are the procedure's for that? Plz sir i want this caste certificate urgent what i wil do how can i get it ?plz give me a answer.

You can approach the concerned authority with all documents to get your caste certificate which you mentioned. If the village officer/Tahsildar rejects your application, even after producing required documents, appeal also sustainable

Q: Where to seek information about bond in college

I am post graduate got admission in karakonam medical college under management quota in 2015. I have to do bond 1yr .now government reduced bond to 6months . college telling it's not applicable.where to seek help in complaints n enquiry regarding self financing college what are the options available legally

There should be a grievance redressal forum in private medical colleges everywhere in India. You can approach them to get your issue resolved or approach medical council of India . Each case depends upon facts and circumstances

Q: What to do when a customer denies to pay

A client called me and she asked me a 3d interior model urgently .she gave me time constraint with in 10 hrs she wants that model. I've agreed with her request and I have started working on that model and I've submitted to her ...under our agreement payment has to be done after the work completion.the work has been completed and the file has been submitted to her ..now she was not paying me the money .. what should I do now ..I am having 100% evidence . If I asks her regarding money she was blaming me ..plz help me

If you have documentary evidence to prove the transaction not at all need to worry. You can go for civil remedies such as recovery of money , for damages or a criminal for breach of contract . Regards

Q: Can a Muslim man marry a second time without divorce first the wife

hi sir i am living kerala i married 1 year before due to some family issue my wife given complaint against whole my family about dowry and DV which is false . so we are fed up the relation to continue so my family forcing to marry second . so is there any legal issue if i marry second time as case going on court

There is no illegality for a Muslim man marrying second wife without divorcing the first wife. You will have to maintain equality between both and rights of wives should be given. Criminal case from first wife is maintainable
