Dear client i gone through your issue regarding your boyfriend,
so you have only relationship like friend that's not enough to claim any status, but you approach his family to secure himself.Other friend on what basis they lodged complaint that has to be know by you.

why you should take any action against that girl . if you are convinced that what that girl is telling is false, you can just go and and settle with him. since she has not complaint against you you cannot do anything to her. If your boy can marry take you with him outside India it would be search for both of you

Hi...first you have to verify the documents given by her and you also confirm with him whether what she is saying is true or not. If she continues to file a complaint before any authority then it is difficult for him only.So you have get correct picture of the incident first.
Thank you

Dear Sir,
Please lodge complaint against home and serious FIR will be issued for rape etc., He will be traced out and get him back from abroad. You must co-operate and find out to which country he shifted. Take that girl also to police and your case will be strengthened. Nothing to bother. Start new life if possible and start hunting for him. One day he will be in jail.

1. As he promised you to marry, I suggest you to file FIR against him for cheating, breach of trust and rape. You need to approach nearby police station for the same.

2. Approach an advocate for the same.
