Lawyer threatened me to not share any legal notice

03-Aug-2023 (In Criminal Law)
Hello All, I sent a legal notice to my wife address about matrimonial issues. I got the reply from her lawyer. In which it is clearly mentioned that "Your client (me) deliberately sending legal notices to harass my client, my client should not any such notice or application henceforth and if she receive any such application your client will be dragged into court" Questions: 1. Is it legal to say anything like this in legal notice 2. Can I take any action on this? 3. If I can then who I can take an action on, is it on my wife or on lawyer.? 4. Is there any provision to report this to Bar council.? 5. What should I do? Should I send another notice? 6. What are the consequences of sending another notice? Thank You

hi the notice sent to you by her lawyer is based on instructions provided by her therefore you can directly blame lawyer for the same therefore you don't need to indulge in exchanging notices now further it is advisable that you should approach family court for your matrimonial dispute

Hello you can send clarification of reply to your wife and her advocate also. you can not take action against lawyer. notice reply sent your wife through Advocate. Advocate is not liable. whatever action you want to take you can take against your wife.
