Last 28 days my friend was in jail and we are trying to bail but it's
24-Dec-2024 (In Criminal Law)
Section 109,351(2),117(2),126(2),115(2),03(5).....when we will get the bail order..
The main charge is Attempt to Murder and not any other petty case, so as it is getting bail is difficult here due to the sections. Then again a lot depends upon the progress of the investigation and other associated things. Thus there is no concrete answer when he will get bail.

Hope the bail is granted by now but if by any chance the bail is not granted then you need to elaborate more on the issue to understand how and when to apply for a bail to ensure it is accepted without any denial

Immediately take-up bail application before the concerned District Judge and if rejected then challenge the rejection order before the High Court of your state.
Also you can go for quashing of the FIR before the High court. Thank you.
