Laptop Fraud From Amazon, Late Refund, Job Compromised

I ordered a 70k laptop from amazon and recieved an old and used one, though I have got the refund, it took over a month and about 8 return pickups, my Job was compromised and i have suffered a lot. Is it worth pressing charges regarding this? and how much can i expect as compensation?

Greetings to you. Yes, for any negligence or deficiency in service you can sue them. We can also sue them for the loss that you may have suffered due to wrong delivery. First of all rather than going legally you should serve them a legal notice and in that notice you can write that due to your conduct my job got affected a lot and you are liable to compensate me for losses. You need to warn them that either give me compensation or face legal action which will be at your own risk. For more legal assistance I am just a call away.
