You can use any language English or Hindi, However it is advisable to use Hindi as most of the cases are filed in Hindi in Gautam Budh Nagar District court. Filing in English may delay the proceedings as the opposite lawyer can demand Hindi translation. Also the Stenographer in the court are also habitual of typing order etc in Hindi. You can contact me regarding all the details of your case filing in Gautam Buddh Nagar Court. Thanks.

You can file the suit in both, Hindi and English. There is no bar nor any preference over the language. However you cannot file it in any other language. Recommendation: Prefer filing it in Hindi for the ease and convenience of the Court, and to avoid any possible delays, because majority of the cases that take place in the Civil Courts at Gautam Budh Nagar are in Hindi. If you need any further help regarding this, I can help you out. Feel free to contact me
