I have been there for more than 29 yrs. The landlord forcefully locked the store. The landlord has given a court notice. What should I do now. How could I get compensation for that?
Your landlord cannot lock the shop just like that. He has to follow the procedure of law to evict you. Otherwise any such action taken by him becomes illegal. You can file civil case to restore your right.
