Q: Reply notice for divorce notice

2 years of hindu act marriage completed. my father rtd DD of Agriculture have bipolar disorder and taking medication. My lil brother at the 1 month after my marriage Aug '19 was suffering mental illness we are said he also diagnosed having bipolar disorder but now the same physcriart said he is having episode of confusion not bipolar disorder. my marriage issues We didn't had complete intercourse.initially I said once let me take new project and we do intercourse and later 3 months we started trying intercourse.I was saying him I suffer in pain and my husband said let's seek for doctors. in may 2020 he got mild heart attack. he said genuinely not having intercourse.at the same time I seen gynaec she examined and said I have no problem need to overcome mentally.. my husband was thinking because of bipolar m not interested in intercourse and not to have baby. this is not true. I fight like mental and troubled him. I truly want to live with him..his mom stubborn to get divorce

madam before taking any decision divorce kindly you husband go have a detailed counselling with the psychologist regarding your matrimonial relationship and also both you and your husband talk to your family members regarding Your mental attachment or detachment between you and your husband and also have regular consultation with the psychologist about your personal problem have the detailed report of the psychologist.. then you can take a proper decision

Q: landlord forcefully locked the store

I have been there for more than 29 yrs. The landlord forcefully locked the store. The landlord has given a court notice. What should I do now. How could I get compensation for that?

Q: Closure report filed wrongfully how to challenge it?

2 years ago , F.I.R filed by police against some college students under section 147 and 323 I.p.c, on that time my son was at home, but his name also came under as an accused in the F.I.R , after that we received a notice of appearance from police and my son said he was not in occurrence, later there is no charge sheet filed on that case , the parties who actually was fight on that matter. They compromised in police station by written letter. Now closure report was filed by police and it shows* case is true but no evidence found* and his name still exists and my son preparing for civil judge exam , is that report will threaten his qualification? Or how to challenge this matter?

Sir, has the FIR been filed in that FIR sons name available is available was that a compromise done between the actual parties and weather the compromise detail your son details have been mentioned by both the parties stating that he is not involved in the sad criminal case did the police file closure report with the court even before the sheet filed so file and RTI with the police to check the FIR copy and subsequent documents relating to the FIR

dear sir when did your sister accident. was a FIR Been registered with the police has the case with the criminal court if it has come up what is the outcome of the case kindly provide the detailed case history and clear FIR details. with which vehicle did she meet accident with the vehicle which hit your sister will insured and also we require further more details to analyse the actual case history and the compensation is totally dependent on the claim amount also whether the vehicle which hit your sister is insured aur not and rest is dependent on the trial in the court and judgement of the judge

Q: I was physically and mentally abused by school

Hi. 3 years ago I was physically and mentally tortured by my school principal and teachers. I went through so much pain and mentally too. They used to beat me up in a very painful way and even once I started bleeding. But even after 3 years I'm unable to forget anything and psychologically affected by it. Can I lodge a complaint through this.
