Land possessed by someone police not taking any action

to say that a land 3 katha 10 Dhur is a purchased land in the name of my father - and uncle . My some land has been captured by three persons by forcely. . They have also captured a common misplaced land infront of my land . My land has been encroached by these people. These people commits Extortion - When we refuse to do same then they have captured my land in the night with some other unknown people.We have given an appilication to POLICE STATION but Police have not taken any action against these Land -mafiya . please give direction ?????????????

you can file a criminal writ in the High Court for a direction to the Authorities to remove the Encroachments. Contact a Lawyer for this purpose. or else you can file a Title suit in the respective civil court for the same purpose. But this will be/ may be a long way to go.
