Well, the accused must have gone to the high court after rejection of bail in the sessions court. Granting of bail is discretion of judge they may get the bail or they may not get the bail so it can't be predicted. Par log try jaroor kar sakte hai q ki law mein option hai

Dear Sir, Normally, High Courts grant anticipatory bail with conditions. After that you may file application through your public prosecutor to cancel such bail saying that some of the conditions were violated by the Accused. Getting bail in High Court is not so easy if you approach concerned Public Prosecutor and brief your case.
