Agar investigating officer chargesheet court me dakhil kar deta hai to Kya chargesheet lagne ke bad aaropiyon ko jail Jana padega ??

if you have got bail from the court then after taking cognisance upon the charge sheet the court will issue summon to you to appear before the court on date fixed. if you have not applied bail during the course of investigation then in that case you have to surrender before court and then apply for bail
