Known person injured my lips and skull

I went to govt hospital they gave me treatment and i gave complaint but police gave return complaint on me I ompramised but I want to give complaint is it possible.

Injured your skull..? Yes, it is possible to file a complaint directly with the Magistrate/ Judge under section 200 of CrPC but you have to reveal the entire facts in detail to help you with the procedure else it may get backfired.
