Justice for murdered a minor by conspiracy

My son's 15 years murdered by conspiracy but police are made the case accident all important cctv footage was hinding or destroyed for save the accused so how can I get justice. Please advise me

Hello, I am sorry for your loss. If the police have drawn a chargesheet you can go before the Jurisdictional Court to ask for a re-investigation. You can also approach the Hon'ble High Court at Calcutta and ask for a re-investigation.
