Jurisdiction issue between 2 police stations for filing FIR

We had filed a written complaint but 2 police stations are saying that the jurisdiction lies with the other and they are not filing an FIR since 3 months. What to do in such a situation. We talked with both zone dcp and they too are saying that jurisdiction lies with the other station.
Since,You are having a Jurisdiction issue and FIR. Is Not being filed, in such a case you should approach the High court filing a Writ petition to solve your problem. This way you can get the clear idea of jurisdiction as well as ,the FIR will also be filed by the direction of the High Court

Speak to the Joint Commissioner of Police for the respected jurisdiction and convey your written grievances to him and request him to direct the concerned police station for registration of F.I.R if he also doesn't do. then you may approach court u/s 156(3).
