Based on the facts you’ve shared — that the police filed a closure report without proper investigation or taking your statement, your protest petition was dismissed by the Magistrate, and even the revision before the ADJ was rejected — you have two main options left: 1. File a private complaint case under Section 200 CrPC: • You can directly approach the Magistrate with all your evidence (injury report, other documents, witnesses) and file a private complaint. • The court may take your statement on oath and can order an inquiry or directly summon the accused if a prima facie case is found. • This is often the most practical next step after closure of the police investigation. 2. File a writ petition in the High Court (under Article 226): • You can challenge the improper investigation and seek directions for a fresh or independent investigation (often under supervision or by another agency like CBCID). • But this is generally entertained only in cases where there is glaring illegality or mala fide by police, and after exhausting alternative remedies. ⸻ ✅ Suggestion: Given that your protest petition and revision have already failed, filing a private complaint under Section 200 CrPC is usually the best and faster route. Keep all your medical, injury, and other evidence ready. If your case involves serious lapses or bias by police, then you may simultaneously explore filing a writ in the High Court for fair investigation. ⸻

you should move to the High court , and request to consider the additional evidence to be collected and get the further investigation order. Actually it has been proper process in the court to decide the material fact then read the police report in a form of closer report file is accepted by the magistrate Court but in the that you could have not used the proper evidence.

You should never apply revision of protest petition in ADJ. In practically, it is seen that , seldom district court interfere in that previous findings. After rejection of protest petition you should come directly in High court. Now you are in trouble because hardly Highcourt do interfere in this situation. But you should take chance before the high Court. if your case is come within specific conditions then High court will definitely interfere.

Agar aapki protest petition aur revision dono reject ho chuke hain, aur police ne bina aapka bayan liye closure report file ki hai, toh aap Section 200 CrPC ke tahat Private Complaint Case magistrate ke saamne file kar sakte hain. Agar aapko lagta hai ki police ki jaach me mala fide intention hai, toh aap Article 226 r/w 482 CrPC ke tahat High Court me writ petition bhi daakhil kar sakte hain jaise ki re-investigation ya CBI inquiry ke liye. Dono remedies available hain—private complaint zyada quick aur direct hoti hai jabki HC writ thoda lamba process hai. Aapke paas agar strong medical aur documentary evidence hai toh private complaint preferable hai.

If the case is fit, then you may be able to approach the High Court and seek relief regarding your case. Once I’ve gone through the documents, I can advise better. Thank you. Please feel free to contact me.
