What can be done now? We both parties have decided to settle this matter 376 amicably and went to court with the same thing but we were asked to withdraw petition..
offence like 376 cannot be settled, it can only be quashed on ground if female says that we were mutually into relationship, but when he bscked of and did not marry, I filed this case, but, now I have moved on with life and decide to let him go... ye ground apr ho sakta hai... settlement nahi ho sakta
