Job application doubt because of pending FIR

16-Jul-2023 (In Criminal Law)
I live in a joint family and in a family matter, one of the member has filed an FIR against all the other members. The charges being put are Cr PC 323, 325, 341, 334, 354. The primary aim was to destroy my educational career. nnNow that I've a job offer at hand and the FIR was lodged about 45 days before, the job asks for whether I've been ever convicted for a criminal record or not. What should I do now? I've read that we should disclose the truth. However, I've not yet been convicted of the charges. Also, if I tell the truth, will I be rejected?

dear client as per your query since fir is against you as per your name is on record of fir but see that if in the chargesheet your name is not mentioned that may be that you can be saved and also secondly you can apply for quashing of the fir in High court what is your jurisdiction place..

if it says convicted then you are far from being convicted so you can chill and stop worrying. if you are asked to mention any criminal case you have been arrayed as accused then you may mention without worrying. the department will not throw your job offer for the case. well I am sure you won't be rejected but you need to put up a strong explanation. the same being a domestic issue I hope your employers understand the quantum of the situation. Nevertheless please ensure that no charge is made against you
