jewel THeft by house nanny -no proof

hello, I hired a nanny 2 weeks ago for taking care of my baby. but she stole 5l worth jewels. How to handle this? i have no proof.

first file a complaint in the local station they will do Investigation. based on that you can decide what to do. give a list of things which got stolen and give them brief details which will help the police to do search and inquire
