अगर मैं किसी की जमानत करता हु। अपनी जमीन की रजिस्ट्री कोर्ट में रख के तो क्या मैं कुछ समय बाद जनि एक से 2 महीने बाद उस जमीन को बेच सकता हु या नहीं

No , the property you held as a security in bail bond can't be sold untill and unless you remove the endorsement made by court by filing an application and giving some another property or when case got over. for more information contact me.

yes you can sell your land. you should take permission from court prior to sell. but usually court does not take any drastic step if you sell without permission of court. so if simple words you can sell your property anytime.
