ive been wrongfully pressed with charges of murder .

what can be the way to get out of this charges if i was present at the death situation but falsefully accused and completely innocent .The police investigation took place 3 times in all ways they found nothing and i was innocent but now the family is trying to pressurise us for false things and trying to get money out of us they got order from court to start the investigation again and trying to defame us . Can u suggest an initial way to get out of this situation p
you can initially take anticipatory bail and after filing of chargesheet you can proceed to fike quashing of FIR if anything is filed against you and get the FIR quashed and get your case finished from the bombay high court at the earliest
