Its a fraud case section 420 and 120B

Sir/Ma’am gd afternoon , My brother has been arrested and the section is 420 and 120d or b , totally 6 people is involved in this but right now they have found only 2 person included my brother. And the SI is demanding for 6 lakhs rupees of the recovery amount which is accepted by my brother that this fraud commision is taken by him. What is the bell procedure ?

You have to immediately apply for bail before the local magistrate where he is produced for remand. Offence under section 420 is cognizable and bailable and hence we have to consider all facts and grounds for preparing the bail application and try our best. For the process, you can approach me.

Well, if your Brother has been officially arrested, then, he has to take a Regular Bail. If he has not been officially arrested until now, then, he can seek an Anticipatory Bail either from Sessions or a High Court.
