ITR fake documents done last year and is approved.

I had forged rent agreement and 80C documents for ITR.Does it fall under 467 ipc and if not how much punishment can one go through?

yes, it falls under it and you have to take anticipatory bail if someone gets to know about it and complaint it for before complaint there is no problem as such but I'll suggest you to be quick and contact me ASAP will tell you best remedy that will help in your specific case.
