It Is Necessary to Submit Interim Bail Application Separately anticipatory bail application before session court ?

Anticipatory bail can be obtained by a person who anticipates arrest. Hence, anticipatory bail is a direction to release a person on bail, even before the person is arrested. Anticipatory bail is applied for under Section 438 of the Criminal Procedure Code.

yes it is necessary to submit the interim bail along with the anticipatory bail for the regular anticipatory bail Court gives the date for regular hearing but before the regular hearing of the anticipatory bail Court decide the interim bail application same day

No it is not necessary to file interim Bail Application. it's a discretion of court to grant or not to grant interim bail while hearing the main Bail Application. in some circumstances the court may grant interim Bail if it finds that in view of the circumstances the interim Bail can be granted while pending the main Bail Application.
