issue regarding false accusation on self from a past female partner.

myself mohammed age 25 ,i was in a realtionship for 3 years,after breakingup my partner has put false accusations on me infront of she team,now im at risk,if she puts those accusations again i want adivice regarding my future plan if she puts falls accusation again.

we have to understand what kind of acquisitions are put and how are they related to you Mukesh she is filing a complaint against to in the police station we have to ensure that police Sach complaints are not entertain ment also have to take a document in writing or keep all the poops for future

If false accusations are being made, you should collect all evidence of your past relationship and communication. You can file a preventive complaint or NCR (non-cognizable report) with the local police, stating your apprehension of false allegations. If SHE team has called you, attend respectfully but record your version in writing. If any FIR is filed, you can seek anticipatory bail and also file a defamation or malicious prosecution case later. Always act calmly and legally.

If she makes false accusations again ,you can immediately file a written police complaint and also lodge a defamation case under Section 506 IPC if threats are involved. Keep all proof of your past relationship, breakup and her false claims. You may also file a preventive complaint with the Police or Magistrate under CrPC to stop harassment before it happens.
