send me the full fact of the case or contact me. which case what was the case before and which court and where? explain me briefly. mention the school or college. Is your jurisdiction belongs to Mangalore?

Dear Sir, Before giving exact legal opinion better you narrate history under what circumstances such notice was issued. Also take legal advise by showing the said notice. Some technical mistakes you cannot take defamatory action against any person including the advocate who does such mistake. More so, the Indian Courts not encouraging civil and criminal defamatory cases since the Indian Courts unable to dispose of regular cases.
