Is taking sexual services illegal from sex workers? What will happen i

I visited a spa center in Delhi a few times with my friend, where they offered sexual services in return for payment. Have I committed a crime? If my friend were to report to the police one day that I encouraged him to visit the spa center, he has messages he can present to the police showing our discussions about how we enjoyed the services there. Even though I didn’t persuade my friend, he chose to go there on his own. Will I face any consequences?

it seems Your friend is blackmailing you for something. Which is more against the law , going to spa center is not illegal. If you have obtained some services against the wish of someone. You can contact me to get out of this message more in a legal way without interference of police. choose for further information.

no spa experience are not exploitative depends upon what kind of spa if something requires sexual favors then that spa is illegal and the owner can be imprisoned your friend also went there on his own

See, Having sexual relations in SPA centre is a crime if police caught you on spot the FIR can be lodged against you for being involved in body trades of women but your friend can not initiate criminal proceeding against you only on the basis of allegation of being compelled by you, if he is major
