Is saying someone c***sucker, behanc***, slut, gaand Maro, is crime?

IT act 67 put agaisnt me for using derogatory words. Being a woman l said this to another woman on email. Because she said the same to me. Is it a cyber crime. I though it's a gaali not a crime under IT act 67.
Well, it is not a defamation.
Cyber crime based in galli is not so serious however it depends upon the opposite person.
It can lead to Threat though under Indian Penal Code 1860
So better not to repeat this further
Or if that person has abused you in writing before you, then nothing to worry.

Madam Gaali is also a an offence under section 504 of Indian Panel Code.
