नहीं अंडर ट्रायल मुलजिम को पैरोल की सुविधा प्राप्त नहीं होती इसके लिए अंडर ट्रायल मुलजिम कोर्ट से अंतरिम जमानत या धारा 439 सीआरपीसी के तहत जमानत की मांग कर सकता है पैरोल की सुविधा केवल सजायाफ्ता मुलजिम को मिलती है
