i had consensual sex with my girl friend on may 21st 2016. She told her age is 18.on ssc memo she had 17 years on sex participated date.her actual date of birth 06-may-1998. but on ssc memo it is 06-may-1999.their parents changed her date of birth on ssc memo befor her ssc exams in school.their parents also told that her age is 18(year1998) But now their parents going to book rape case on me by using her ssc memo.she born in some hospital.i dont know dat hospital. 1) can i appeal make her and their parents to lie detector test or c.b.i imteragation for getting true date of birth of my girl friend.is lie detector proof about age is valid in court. 2)can i escape from this case by saying she only told her age is 18.thats y i did sex with her.i have proof of phon call recording.in that recording she told that her actual date of birth is 1998 that is 18 age.so is this proof valid.
