Is it possible to alleged sec498A to a person twice by a same women
Hi, when & ever a woman is harassed by her husband, she may lodge a complaint u/s 498A of Indian Penal Code. Yes a same woman can allege twice a man under section 498a. This is the section which takes care of a married woman from the harassment by her in laws or husband.

According to situation and period distance if one time person alleged sec 498A and after some time my means 1 or 2 years then do same then he will be convicted according to other situation happened. oe please give the detail of the past case.

Yes. But it should be two different occurence, two different dates and there should not have been re-union after first case.
Suppose after the first 498A case, there has been a re-union and both are living together and thereafter the wife again files a 498A case, then it is maintainable.
