In order to prove harassment, you need to prima facie show that the other person has been threatening/Harassing you, since in the event one wants to falsely implicate someone, he/she will speak to other person, show incoming/outgoing call detail and allege harassment. Hence in the age of smartphones, when recording a call is very simple, you need some prima facie evidence. More specific advice on the matter, you may contact me with specific details

Sir/ mam if the threat is recieved via phone you can inform the police the nature of threat and the call details.. Police will investigate the case and will have to trace down the caller.. But the investigation also depends upon the severity of threat..

Dear Client,

though its enough to make complaint that someone is threatening you but it depends on investigation by police regarding lodging of FIR. there are so many aspects police will look, after you make complaint.

Hi,
yes, Phone Recording, incoming calls from unknown number or from unknown place or from unknown I.D are sufficient proof, and court and police definitely will consider on it, but without proof nothing will be considerable.

Thanks
