Is candidate not eligible for govt job with criminal case pending

Sir I got railway job recently, job name is rrb loco pilot but iam facing criminal case that is IPC 302,202,128(B). Actual fact is iam not involved at all. It is actually imposed on five members by police with political pressure. Out of 5 members 3 members are students, studying Mtech,BTech and BEd. Iam the person who is studying mtech. Now recently I got the job within one month they will send NOC ( no objection forms) to me. Can I get job ? What I have to do to get my job without any delay?

since the offences are of serious nature, you should have ideally filed a quash petition under 482 cr.p.c in high court and get the case quashed against you. since you are seeking to obtain no objection , the pending criminal case will be problematic in you getting no objection

yes, for many organisations it's a hurdle..moreover you are involved in a grave offence , may be you are falsely implicated, but it does not matter. if you are giving any information in writing ...regarding cases pending against you... then you disclose the case particulars.. if no . .try to manage the enquiry person who gets your report
