Is bhang ki goli(edible) legal in Karnataka or not? During holy it keeps being offered to i was wondering if it's legal or illegal?

BHANG IS A TRADITIONAL DRINK, until receipt of forensic science lab report, in order to confirm that bhang is prepared out of Charas or ganja, court cannot come to conclusion that bhang is prepared out of substance of ganja, bhang is not covered under NDPS Act, relying on Judgements of Bombay High court as well as Punjab and Haryana High court the Karnataka High court agreed that bhang is not covered under the NDPS Act. 2022 CR. R 896 (KANT) Karnataka High Court.
