Is am eligible for govt job in telangana

Sir criminal case filed on me & it was quashed u/s 482 of crpc ,1)is now am eligible for govt job if yes should I mention it r not & if I should mention it r not & 2)my surname was wrong in total case upto quash is it may save me from their records during my certificate name comparing

since the case is quashed under 482 , you are eligible to apply for any job including public and private. no need to worry as you will get a clean police clearance certificate in the event of police verification

if you are confident enough that the name in the charge sheet/ crime is different from the name in your academic records then no problem. But you have give explanation if the name of your father and residential address is same .....in other way..... itvdoest not be a hurdle for attaining job, ..you have to mention about the charges made against you to your employer. if you failed ...if in inquiry it is identified by the department you will be sacked for not disclosing such information
