IPC306- Husband committed suicide, in laws filed case against me

Hi, My husband committed suicide on May 2018,after 8 months of marriage . I was 3 months pregnant at the time. Now am in conditional bail. My in laws filed a false case to hide the quarrel between my husband and themselves on the day he died , due to property issue. After maternity leave i got oppurtnity to work abroad. Will I be able to go ? Our current lawyer is not good . How to quash this case ?

you can file to quashing FIR and chargesheet in high court then court will quash the FIR and chargesheet up on the ground of the case that's COURT will decided but you need to file quishing FIR now you want to go abroad that not possible without quishing

if there is no substance and materials against you in the cas , You can approach high court for quashing the case and need to file criminal petition for the same, even if case is pending you can move abroad on permission of court but you must appear whenever court summon you.
