as your question is concern is very technical issue .but yes I can tht anticipatory bail can be obtained in 306 ipc but it need to be proved that you deserves anticipatory bail and you are been alleged falsely .you may get bail .

yes. there's a chance that you can get anticipatory bail if the court can be satisfied of what you are claiming. in a non bailable offence the discretion to grant bail is with the court. all you need to show the court is that you were falsely implicated.

Dear client,

This depends on involvement in FIR, how you have been named , you may be named by someone or you were known by them.
you may be innocent but now the thing will be decided by FIR and statement therein , for Anticipatory bail, you may be allowed if your involvement is not found in the case.
you may consult for filing of Bail petition at session court or District court.
