IPC sec 409 -Is it applicable against Police for abusing ,kits .electronic gadgets .DVR.CD .CHEMICALS used for forging and omitting evidences...used for securing conviction by special court

yes it can be applicable along with 201 of ipc but you have the burden of proof which you have to prove in the court that how the police officials breach your trust or how he did tampering with the evidence
