Q. After Enforcement of BNS,2023 (Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita) which replaced the Indian Penal Code, 1860 whether the State of Uttar Pradesh Amendment Act in criminal laws which was applicable to IPC ,1860 is also applicable to BNS ,2023 or not?
yes I think it is the indian penal code you can find out bns 2023 we have to read through to see where the sections are all statewide legislations are like that. so we have to see state of uttarpradesh

No. Only the Sate Amendments of Uttar Pradesh since enforcement of Bhartiya Nyay Sanhita, 2023 will be applicable to Bhartiya Nyay Sanhita, 2023. Indian Penal Code has been completely replaced by Bhartiya Nyay Sanhita, 2023 subjected to pending proceedings, etc.
