Ipc 506 delay FIR after 40 days ho sakti hai kya? Will police take action? Bail mil jaegi kya due to delay FIR

yes you can file an Fir in IPC 506. police have to take action for the same but you have to tell them why are you coming late to the police station with your complaint.
also even if delayed Fir or not 506 IPC is a bailable offence so a person can claim for bail.

The delay in FIR can be one ground for bail, though it cannot be the sole ground for bail. A delay in FIR is fatal to the case of prosecution but the other material evidence, facts and circumstances which led to the alleged crime play an important role while deciding a bail application by the Hon'ble Court. hello client as i can see delay in FIR of 49 days. fir can done even after 40 days delay as matter of duty the police have register the FIR in any condition police is not registering FIR in tht case FIR can be registered by the order of the court itself . your question of bail is unpredictable matter its depends on full incident for which FIR got registered as well as on judge judicial mentality.

Section 506 ipc is the offence of criminal intimidation, you can get bail from police station or court bcoz it’s Bailable offence ! If there is a delay of 40 days, it will benefit the accused.

Refusal of Bail is a restriction on the personal liberty of an individual guaranteed under Article 21 of the Constitution of India, and therefore, in this case, the so-called accused has a right to go for bail and get the relief.
