ipc 420 and 409 to hold cross exmination for 2 or 3 months

is there any provisions in IPC to hold case for 2 or 3 monhts , because of my financial problems,and present bad conditions of my life ,i need atlest 2 months to recover from this financial cricis. if any there plzz help me to moveon sir. n(case in identified list)nthank you sir.

hi there is no such provision in IPC like that and if you want early hearing then you could file early hearing petition depending on the circumstances of the case and the number of accused involved and the number of witness
