Dear Sir,one of close friend went to Vancouver in June 2015 he was arrested same day.he spend 3months in jail they deport to delhi again he arrested ,put in jail after 10 days he came out with bail.ow sir advice me what wil happen end they court said ur case wil reopen after 3 years.what punishment or fine by the court to my friend thanks.

hello client as you are saying tht one of your close friend is been deported to Delhi after spending 3month in jail. now after reaching Delhi he got arrested again after 10 days. he can out.now the case will run on him in India for illegal crossing the boundaries of the country of India the case will run .

Hi first of al what had happened and all why was been arrested and all why crime did he do what did the police say there and all what had happened please tell me the extact case what did the Court in India say and all first of al we have to see what is the offence and all then only we can proceed
