Dear sir,
If a minor person is not not getting bail from subordinate court because of strike issue since 2 months.so is it possible to get bail order from high court
Dear Client,
If the bail has yet not been considered by the Court below, in matter as such a direction may be issued by the Hon'ble High Court to consider the case of the accused thereby expedite the disposal of the bail petition, however High Court in itself cannot grant bail unless the same is decided by the Court below.
