Ipc 376 she is not appearing in court

I am charged with 376,384 it act 67. Before 2.5years she filed FIR against me. But she didn't appear in court after my bail granted. On every date same application, that she has some medical issue. Her lawyer clearly told me that her family want money. If i don’t give it they will keep dragging this case.

You may approach High Court by taking certified copies of order sheet showing the conduct of your wifr and prosecution department..The High Court may pass orders to dispose of criminal case against you within time bound of 6 months etc...

Then you can file quishing FIR and chargesheet and what about discharge better you can file high court otherwise do the compromise you cam try for that compromise otherwise you need conduct full court proceedings
