IPC 323 ek bailable aur non-cognizable offence hai. isme zamaanat milti hai, aur court me trial ke dauraan aapko normally custody me nahi rakha jata, jab tak koi serious aggravating circumstance na ho. Summons ka matlab hai ki court ne aapko present hone ke liye bulaaya hai — abhi koi warrant nahi hai. IPC 323 me regular bail mil jati hai Court turant hi aapko bail de dega, aur aapka personal bond aur surety li jayegi.

You can challenge the summoning order before the High Court under Section 482 CrPC (now Section 528 BNSS) by filing an application. The entire charge sheet and proceedings can also be quashed if abuse of process or lack of evidence is shown. Such petitions are maintainable to prevent miscarriage of justice and to ensure fair trial rights of the accused.

jab aapko summon receive huye hai to aapko court me appear hokar bail krwani hogi taaki trail aage badh ske aur aap mukdma lad sko other wise aapne ye crime nhi kiya hai to high court me quashing k liye apply karo waha quashing karwa kar uska order yaha lgwa skte ho taaki ye mukdma aese hi khtm ho jaaye

Appear on the date of summon through advocate and then proceed accordingly. Aur opposite party se baat cheet kariye taki wo compromise ke liye taiyar ho jaye. Agar compromise ke liye ready ho gye the FIR Quashing move kar dijiye high court me ya sessions court me compound karwa lijie to humesha ki liye aap free ho jaoge
