Ipc 306 file charge sheet against sis in law, my brother had done commit suicide becoz of her... Left suicide note against her she had filled for chargesheet quash in allahabad high court. Can we challenge her in high couft
High court may not allow quashing of chargesheet but may grant some relief like bail etc.
