IO Not Doing Proper Investigation

FIR registered for cheating and breach of trust. Now more than 5 months have passed. IO not doing proper investigation. Have moved MM court several times regarding proper investigation but no results. What can I do now? I want a thorough and professional investigation and timely chargesheet in my case. Any suggestions please

hello client as you are saying that the IO of your case is not willing to take proper steps to investigate the case as pee requirement of the case is required. in your case i think proper diŕections is required to the police so that IO can not try to keep ur case pending amd start tye investigation in your case.

Since you have mentioned that you have approached the magistrate many a time but all those efforts have been fruitless. in such a situation you can make an application for the change of IO to the case as well as you can seek assistance in the investigation of the case through its monitory jurisdiction. this will suffice your requirements.
