IO Not Doing Proper Investigation

FIR registered for cheating and breach of trust. Now more than 5 months have passed. IO not doing proper investigation. Have moved MM court several times regarding proper investigation but no results. What can I do now? I want a thorough and professional investigation and timely chargesheet in my case. Any suggestions please
hello client as you are saying that the IO of your case is not willing to take proper steps to investigate the case as pee requirement of the case is required. in your case i think proper diŕections is required to the police so that IO can not try to keep ur case pending amd start tye investigation in your case.

What happens after closure report?
The final report was known as the CrPC in the past. This report is examined by the supervisory officer in accordance with the police procedure. The decision on what to do next will be made based on the results. The prosecutor will then be notified if there is enough evidence. 24 Sept 2023
