Investigation Of My Elder Brother Case Of 2010

My elder brother died in 2010.I was only 13 years old. I don't have any papers or fir copies. No such investigation was done. I stongly doubt father and stepmother has done it. Is it possible for this case to be investigated now. I want justice for my elder brother
